We draft the agreed applications, statement of purpose and policies with you, then review them for consistency with your actual service and supporting evidence.

Rehearse
Your registered manager practises explaining the service and their responsibilities, with the interview sessions and feedback agreed in your proposal.

We support submission and responses to CQC about the agreed application. Your proposal sets out the follow-up support included and any separately quoted work if your service changes.

Standard registration packages start from £1,950 for one provider, one location and one proposed registered manager. The final fee depends on the regulated activities, document readiness and specialist support needed. We agree a written scope and total fee before work begins.
- 01CQC regulatory fees, DBS checks and separately appointed clinical or pharmacy professionals are outside our support fee. Your quote sets out separate costs and VAT where applicable.
- 02Your proposal confirms the policy set, meetings, revision rounds, interview preparation and CQC follow-up support included. Any work outside that scope is quoted and agreed before it starts.
- 03Event medical and other specialist clinical services may need additional scope research, clarification and tailored governance work. We explain those deliverables and their cost in the quote; preparation timescales are agreed for your service.

How long does CQC registration take?
We agree a preparation timetable after reviewing your service and document readiness. Specialist applications may take longer where clarification or clinical input is needed. CQC controls its assessment timetable and decision; we cannot guarantee either.

Do you guarantee my registration will be approved?
No. CQC makes the registration decision. We provide the document, application and interview support set out in your proposal, including the agreed assistance with CQC follow-up questions.

What happens after we're registered?
We can also support digital records, inspection readiness, websites and marketing after registration. Those services are optional and separately scoped and priced.
