A practical AI assistant for your business, and a team trained to use it.

Not AI for the sake of it. An assistant on your website that answers enquiries, qualifies leads and books calls while you work, plus plain-English training that shows your team where AI genuinely saves time, and where it doesn't.

A practical AI workflow represented through tactile studio objects

A focused intervention with the loose ends designed in from the start.

Friction is expensive when it becomes normal.

The visible problem is almost never the whole problem. These are the points where capable people are forced to spend attention on work that should move by itself.

  1. 01

46% don't know where to start

Nearly half of UK small firms say they lack the knowledge to use AI (FSB). The gap isn't the technology, it's someone to translate it into your actual workflows.

  2. 02

    Bigger firms are pulling ahead

44% of large firms have adopted AI, against roughly 26% of small ones. While that gap widens, they answer faster, quote faster and follow up faster than you.

  3. 03

    Enquiries arrive when you're closed

Customers ask questions at 9pm and expect an answer by five past. If your response starts tomorrow morning, the job often goes to whoever replied first.

AI assistants & AI training, with the loose ends pulled in.

6 deliberate pieces of work, sequenced to change the practical result rather than simply add more activity.

  1. 01

An AI assistant on your website

Trained on your services, prices and policies. It answers common questions, qualifies enquiries and books calls, 24 hours a day, in your tone of voice.

  2. 02

    Wired into your lead flow

The assistant hands enquiries into your CRM with auto-response and routing, so a conversation at midnight is a booked call by morning, not a forgotten transcript.

  3. 03

    Guardrails & privacy-aware handling

Set up so the assistant answers from your approved content, escalates to a human when unsure, and uses deliberate access, retention and review controls for personal data.

  4. 04

Team workshop: AI & Automation for Your Business

A half-day, on-site or remote, £950. Your team leaves with working prompts and workflows for your business, not a slideshow about the future.

  5. 05

    A practical use-case map

An honest shortlist of where AI saves your business hours this quarter, and the fashionable uses that would waste your money. We tell you both.

  6. 06

    Training that sticks, then expands

On Partner Accelerate, we keep training and expanding the assistant month by month as your services, prices and customers' questions evolve.

A build you can follow while it takes shape.

01

Find the real use cases

Through the Workshop or the Audit, we map where AI actually saves hours in your business, grounded in your enquiries, admin and workflows, not the hype cycle.

02

Build & train the assistant

We build the assistant on your content, set the guardrails, and test it against the questions your customers genuinely ask.

03

Train the team

A half-day session gives your staff practical, role-specific ways of working with AI, and the judgement to know when not to trust it.

04

Measure & expand

We track what the assistant handles and what it hands over, then expand it where the numbers justify it. If a use case doesn't pay, we say so.

Fixed scope, plain English, and nothing left half-wired. Every step earns the next one.

Clear enough to plan around.

A route to value, not an open tab.

The AI assistant is included in Sprint Complete (£8,950), built alongside your new website and lead capture so it's wired into the whole enquiry flow. The team workshop is £950 for a half-day, on-site or remote, credited in full against an Audit booked within 30 days. Ongoing assistant training and expansion is part of Partner Accelerate (£1,750/month).

Just want the workshop, or a single assistant?

We'll happily deliver either, standalone. Want AI wired into a business that's ready for it, clean data, automated follow-up, no bottlenecks? Start with the Audit: £750, fully credited against any project.

The useful questions before you begin.

01

Will it make things up and embarrass us in front of customers?

That's the right question to ask. The assistant answers from your approved content only, is tested against real customer questions before launch, and hands over to a human whenever it's unsure. You can review its conversations, and it improves under supervision, it never freelances your prices or promises.

02

Is our customer data safe?

The setup is privacy-aware by design: we're deliberate about what data the assistant can access, where conversations are stored and how long they're retained, and you get that documented in plain English as part of the handover. For UK clients, we work to UK GDPR standards where applicable.

03

We tried ChatGPT and it never stuck. Why would this be different?

Because a tool without a workflow always fizzles. We don't hand you a login and wish you luck, we wire AI into specific, named processes (enquiry handling, quoting, admin) and train the people who run them. Adoption is the deliverable, not the licence.

04

Do we need anyone technical on our team?

No. If your team can use email and WhatsApp, they can use what we build. Everything is set up, trained and documented for non-technical people, that's rather the point.
