These are the standard terms for working with skaale ltd. Each engagement is confirmed by a written proposal that references these terms; where a signed proposal differs, the proposal wins.
The Audit
The skaale Audit is a paid diagnostic delivered as a written, scored Growth Report. Our guarantee: if the report does not identify at least £10,000 of annual waste or missed revenue, the Audit fee is refunded in full. Qualification happens on the discovery call. The Audit fee is credited in full against a Sprint that begins within 30 days of report delivery.
Sprints
Sprints are fixed-scope projects confirmed in writing before work starts. Payment is 50% on commencement, 25% at the agreed midpoint, 25% on handover. Third-party licences and hosting are billed at cost. Changes to scope are agreed in writing before they are built.
Partner retainers
Partner retainers run for a minimum of three months, then roll monthly. Either side may end the arrangement with 30 days' written notice after the minimum term. Each month includes a written report of work done and outcomes produced. Retainer support covers the systems skaale built or explicitly took over, it is not general-purpose IT helpdesk cover.
Your data
We process client data under UK GDPR and sign a data processing agreement with every client whose engagement involves personal data. See our privacy policy.
Liability
Our total liability under an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under English law. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
