Go paperless, and take back the hours admin steals every month.

We help small businesses go paperless and automate the workflows that eat their week: invoicing, onboarding, approvals and scheduling. London-based, working globally, we deliver a fixed-scope Sprint with your staff trained before handover.

A calm, organised paperless workflow on a studio desk

A focused intervention with the loose ends designed in from the start.

Friction is expensive when it becomes normal.

The visible problem is almost never the whole problem. These are the points where capable people are forced to spend attention on work that should move by itself.

  1. 01

    33 hours a month, gone

small business owners spend around 33 hours every month on internal admin. That's most of a working week spent on work that doesn't pay you.

  2. 02

£19,000 a year of your time

Admin and operational tasks cost the average owner about £19,000 a year in leadership time, exactly the time a growing business needs you to spend on customers.

  3. 03

    UK-specific MTD deadlines are running

For UK businesses, Making Tax Digital for Income Tax is already live, nearly a million more sole traders and landlords join in April 2027, and the threshold drops to £20,000 from 2028. Paper records are on borrowed time.

Paperless & workflow automation, with the loose ends pulled in.

7 deliberate pieces of work, sequenced to change the practical result rather than simply add more activity.

  1. 01

    Paper-to-cloud migration

Filing cabinets, folders and loose spreadsheets moved into an organised cloud workspace, searchable, backed up and accessible from anywhere.

  2. 02

    Cloud workspace, set up properly

SharePoint, OneDrive or Google Workspace configured with a sensible structure, the right permissions and one obvious place for everything.

  3. 03

3 to 5 core workflows automated

Invoicing, onboarding, approvals, scheduling, the repetitive flows that eat your week, redesigned so software does the chasing instead of you.

  4. 04

    Digital foundations included

Business email, domains, hosting, VoIP and migrations sorted as part of the job, the unglamorous plumbing done once and done right.

  5. 05

    Privacy-aware by design

Data handling, retention and access controls are set up as we go, not bolted on afterwards. For UK clients, we work to UK GDPR standards where applicable.

  6. 06

    UK MTD-ready digital records

Your records digitised and structured so Making Tax Digital becomes a non-event. We do the digitisation; your accountant keeps doing the numbers.

  7. 07

    Staff trained, handover documented

Your team is trained on the new way of working and you get plain-English handover docs, so the system survives without us standing next to it.

A build you can follow while it takes shape.

01

The Audit

A quantified waste discovery across your operation: where hours and £ leak, what to automate first, and a prioritised 12-month roadmap with projected ROI.

02

Design the paperless operation

We map your real workflows, not a template, and design the cloud structure and automations around how your business actually runs.

03

Migrate & automate

Over a fixed 60 to 90 day Sprint we move everything to the cloud and automate 3 to 5 core workflows, without pausing your day-to-day operation.

04

Train & hand over

Staff trained, documentation handed over, and a clear record of what got faster and by how much. No dependency, no drip-fed hourly billing.

Fixed scope, plain English, and nothing left half-wired. Every step earns the next one.

Clear enough to plan around.

A route to value, not an open tab.

This is the heart of Sprint Core, £4,950 fixed, delivered in 60 to 90 days: paper-to-cloud migration, workspace setup, 3 to 5 workflows automated, privacy-aware data handling and staff training. Sprint Complete (£8,950) adds a new website, lead capture and an AI assistant on top. Every Sprint starts with the £750 Audit, fully credited when you begin within 30 days, and if the Audit doesn't find £10,000+ of annual waste, it's free.

Just need one painful process fixed?

We'll happily automate a single workflow, and do it well. But if admin is eating whole days, start with the Audit, £750, guaranteed to find £10,000+ of annual waste or missed revenue, and fully credited against your Sprint.

The useful questions before you begin.

01

We're not a techie team. Will staff actually use the new system?

That's exactly why training and handover documentation are part of the fixed scope, not extras. Our founder has implemented digital systems in his own regulated care businesses, where staff adoption is the difference between success and an expensive shelf ornament, so the Sprint isn't finished until your team is genuinely using it.

02

Do you set up Xero or QuickBooks?

No, bookkeeping software is your accountant's territory, and we don't step on it. What we do is digitise the records and processes around it, so what reaches your accountant is clean, digital and MTD-ready rather than a carrier bag of receipts.

03

What does Making Tax Digital actually require from me?

If you're a sole trader or landlord above the income threshold, you must keep digital records and file quarterly through software. It's live now for incomes over £50,000, extends to over £30,000 from April 2027, and to £20,000 from April 2028. We get your records and processes digital; your accountant handles the tax itself.

04

Our processes are honestly a mess. Should we tidy up first?

Please don't, the mess is the point. The Audit exists to untangle exactly this: it maps what actually happens, quantifies what it costs, and tells you what's worth automating first. Businesses with tidy processes wouldn't need us.
